A:Not at all. This is a FREE Cashback Rewards service offered by us. You do not have to pay anything for using the Cashback site.


How to Get Cashback at ShopperMb?

Q: How can I earn cashback via ShopperMb?

A:Simple, just follow the easy steps below to earn cashback:

  1. Search for online Deals, offers & Coupons you want to shop .
  2. Follow the Links given at the eals, offers & Coupons and purchase the products. Claim to Shoppermb Team for cashback at our Contact page.
  3. Shop and pay on the retailer's site like you normally do
  4. Retailer now pays us a commission for this sale. We pass that to you as 'Cashback' in the form of Discounts. Initially your cashback remains in 'Pending' status. Once the return period of your product is over, retailer pays us in the next monthly payment cycle. Your cashback then becomes 'Confirmed' & 'Processed'
  5. As soon as we get your request of redemption of Discounts, we will send you the gift of your choice at your address within prescribed time anywhere in India.

Q: What does Pending Earnings mean?

A:Pending Earnings are those that we have tracked as valid transactions and have been acknowledged by retailers. However, since they are still within the Return or Cancellation period they cannot be paid out to you yet.

Lets take an example. You make a purchase from amazon.in. Within 1-3 days you shall see a Cashback of some amount in 'Pending state' at the User Dashboard after Login.

Now once the cancellation/return period is over, Merchant shall confirm this to us and pay us in the next monthly payment cycle. We shall then move cashback to your Confirmed Earnings.

However, if your plans changed and you had to cancel your order, the transaction is cancelled and the cashback will be converted from 'Pending' to 'Rejected' Cashback.


Q: What does 'Confirmed' or 'Processed' Earnings mean?

A:Confirmed Earnings are those that have been approved as valid sales from retailers. Usually the Confirmed earning would be 'Processed' in 1-2 days and the DIPs register would be updated accordingly. When you collect a minimum of Rs. 300 in you DIPs register, we can pay the money in the form of products of your choice. You need a minimum of Rs. 300 at your DIPs register for each payment request.


Q: From the time I do a transaction, how long does it take to actually get my cashback?

A:This varies between retailers and the type of purchase. Normally after you do the transaction, it would be reflected within 24-72 hours stating the cashback due to you at the DIPs register. This is called 'Pending' cashback. Once the return period of your product/s is over is completed, the retailer knows that the sale was genuine, and then pays us in the next monthly payment cycle. The status of this transaction shall then automatically move to 'Confimed'. So, from the time of your purchase it could take between 1-4 months for your cashback to get Confirmed.


Q: Can I visit the retailer directly, and just send you a receipt to get my cashback?

A:Unfortunately not! In order to earn cashback, you MUST visit the retailer via ShopperMb. This way the retailer can track that we got them this sale, and we would receive a commission from them. We pay you cashback from this. If you went to the retailer directly, then we will not be able to claim any commission and pay any cashback to you.


Q: What are best practices that should be followed to use ShopperMb?

A: To enable your cashback to track successfully, we recommend that in your browser settings you permanently allow cookies, JavaScript and third party images. Clear cookies to get started. Log into ShopperMb and click on the retailer link on the ShopperMb site. Also

  • Always use the links provided by ShopperMb to enter a retailer's site; do not type in retailer names at the top of your browser screen.
  • Comparison sites - We recommend you do not use a quote reference or code provided by a comparison site. In that case, the commission from the sale would be paid to the comparison site. If we do not receive any commission from retailers we are unable to give cashback to you
  • Do not search a comparison site whilst completing a ShopperMb purchase - again there is a danger that the commission/cashback might accrue to the comparison site instead
  • Completing the purchase online: ShopperMb only works online. So if you buy something over the telephone or in-store, unfortunately ShopperMb terms wont apply
  • Voucher and gift codes - To get cashback via ShopperMb please only use voucher codes supplied by ShopperMb. Using vouchers not supplied by ShopperMb may result in another party being credited with your cashback
  • Keep all email confirmations and documents from the retailer - just in case you need to use the information for submitting an earnings enquiry.
  • Always visit online shopping store from ShopperMb to find latest coupons and deals.
  • Make sure there are no products in the cart before visiting ShopperMb.
  • Make purchase in the same session after visiting ShopperMb.
  • Do not visit other coupons or price comparison website after visiting ShopperMb
  • Clear cookies of browser, if possible, before visiting ShopperMb.
  • If possible, before shopping visit ShopperMb in Private / Incognito Mode of your browser and then do shopping.

General Questions about Additional Cashback?

Q: Where does cashback come from?

A:When you shop at retailers via us, retailers pay us a referral fee. Rather than keep this referral fee, we pass some amount of it to you as cashback. This referral fee comes from the retailers advertising and customer acquisition budgets.


Q: The retailer link is not working. What can I do?

A:Firstly, please try opening the retailer link in another browser, or if possible another computer too. To ensure that the problem you have is not being caused by your own settings, please follow these simple steps:

Missing cashback?

Q: I did a purchase but have not received any cashback email for it. What can I do?

A:If your purchase was done less than 3 days ago, please wait a little longer. It usually takes between 4 - 72 hours for retailers to track sales, so you could still receive your cashback email automatically.

Q: What are the reasons for not getting Cashback?

A:In this programme, unfortunately the retailer's decision is final and we will not be able to reverse it. Remember our incentives are always aligned with yours, so we would have done our best to get your cashback approved. In some cases the retailer may decline your cashback, such as:

  • The purchase was returned, cancelled or the order amended.
  • The purchase was not completed wholly online.
  • Another referrer has been awarded the cashback commission (e.g. a price comparison site).
  • You did not comply with the terms and conditions listed on our website and/or the retailer's.
  • A voucher code or gift code not authorized by our website was used.
  • The retailer has ceased trading or has gone into administration.
  • Cookies were disabled and hence the tracking could not be completed.
  • Generally, sticking to the terms and conditions provided on our retailer page and ensuring you follow the recommended process will minimize the risk of anything going wrong.


Q: What happens if my cashback query is denied?

A:The retailer holds sole discretion in determining the validity of the cashback query. Unfortunately, once a retailer has made a decision it is final.
